I have a father who suffers from Alzheimers. I wanted an app that could show a picture of person, hit the icon & it will dial the person. It works! I can see why someone may think it doesnt work, because the instructions are not super clear (although almost self explanatory).

It works on Ios7 but Safari keeps remaining running even after the call has started! Moreover, it cant work unless youre connected to the web...
